Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase. Please allow plenty of time for delivery once order has been shipped as carrier transit times may vary. 

Shipping costs: Flat shipping rate of $7.00 for any order within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Returns and refunds: Due to the nature of the products we offer, we are not able to accept returns. Please read the description on each item and message our team if there are any questions with our products. If there are any damages with shipped products please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Local Drop-off: We offer free local delivery within a 10 mile radius of Iowa City. Drop off times can vary, including late afternoons and weekends. Ensure address is entered at check-out. Drop off will be contactless, please provide any instructions need for drop off. 

Shipping Address: Ensure shipping or drop-off address is entered correctly at check-out as we will not be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.
