How It Works

We are excited to be offering free delivery to Iowa city and the surrounding areas! That’s right, free delivery to your home! We at Charcosoap believe that offering a unique service to our community will encourage customers to get to know us and our amazing products. We hope that you give us a try and make a connection with one of Iowa City’s very own.

To see if you qualify for free delivery follow the process below:

1. Add products to cart– Make a purchase that is over $15.
2. Checkout –  Enter your address If you qualify for free delivery the “Local Delivery” option will show up as a shipping method, select that option.
3. We Handle the Rest – The order is then processed by CharcoSoap and sent out for delivery within 2 days sometimes we can get the product to your door in the same day! 

Delivery Instructions

If you will not be home at the time of delivery and prefer your items to be placed in a specific location at your residence, please provide clear instructions during checkout. This will help ensure your order is delivered exactly where you want it. All deliveries are personally handled by the owners, so your requests will be followed with care and attention.
